Account Deletion

Request the deletion of your Block 13 RWA account and associated personal data by following the steps below.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, your personal profile data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Payment history and complaint logs may be retained for up to 1 year for administrative and legal compliance purposes.
Option 01
Delete via the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from within the Block 13 RWA app:

  1. 1Open the app and log in with your CNIC and password
  2. 2Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar
  3. 3Tap Settings from the profile menu
  4. 4Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. 5Confirm the deletion when prompted — this is immediate and irreversible
Option 02
Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support23@block-13.com with the following details:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Your full name as registered in the app
  • Your CNIC number (used to log in)
  • Your registered phone number or email address
  • Your house number in Block 13 Federal B Area

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days. Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.

Payment and complaint records are retained solely for administrative and legal compliance. These cannot be used to identify you once your personal profile has been deleted.

  • Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Opt out of push notifications via app Settings or your device Settings
  • Request that we stop using your data for a specific purpose
