• By DeskWorkSolutions technical team solely for app maintenance and support

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera & Photo Library — to upload your profile picture and payment receipts
• Push Notifications — to send community announcements and updates
• Internet Access — required for all app functionality

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device Settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit app functionality.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:

• Your personal profile data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Payment and complaint records may be retained for up to 1 year for administrative and legal compliance
• Anonymized data may be retained for statistical analysis

As a user of this app, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications via app Settings or device Settings
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account at any time

This app is intended for registered adult residents of Block 13 Federal B Area only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
